Ordering and shipping

How long until my order arrives?

Two stages, and you need to add them together. Production takes 2–7 business days, because your item is printed after you order it. Shipping within Canada then takes another 3–8 business days. Most orders land within 5–15 business days total.

Why does it take longer than Amazon?

Nothing here is sitting in a warehouse. Every garment is printed individually once you place the order, which is why there's no unsold stock heading to landfill — and why it takes a few days longer. That trade-off is deliberate.

Where do you ship?

Within Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your parcel leaves the production facility. Tracking often takes 24–48 hours to start updating after that email arrives — that's normal, the parcel isn't lost. If there's no shipping confirmation after 10 business days, email us.

My order arrived in two parcels. Is that a mistake?

No. If your order contains items made at different facilities, they ship separately and can arrive days apart. You're never charged extra for that.

Can I change my address or cancel?

Only before production starts, which is usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email us with your order number as fast as you can. Once it's printed, it's printed.

Sizing

How do I pick the right size?

Take a shirt or hoodie you already own and love the fit of, lay it flat, measure it, and match it to the size guide. The chart lists garment measurements, not body measurements. It's far more reliable than guessing from S/M/L.

I'm between sizes.

Size up. These fit closer to a standard retail cut than an oversized one. If you're still unsure, email us before ordering and we'll help you work it out — that's much easier than fixing it afterwards.

Are the sizes unisex?

Yes, everything is unisex sizing.

Returns and problems

Can I return something if it doesn't fit?

Not for a made-to-order item, no — we can't restock or resell a garment printed for one person. This is why we push the size guide so hard. Please measure before you order, and email us if you're unsure.

What if it arrives faulty or misprinted?

We replace or refund it, your choice, and you don't need to ship anything back. Email inquiry@jackpati.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos — one of the whole garment laid flat, one close-up of the problem. Full details in the refund policy.

The tracking says delivered but I don't have it.

Check with your household, building manager and local post office first — parcels turn up this way more often than you'd think. If it's still missing, contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

The products

What are the garments?

T-shirts are Bella+Canvas 3001 — 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Hoodies are Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend, a 50/50 cotton-polyester midweight fleece. A small number of items use a different fleece blank; the measurements for every product are listed in the size guide.

How are they printed?

Direct-to-garment and direct-to-film printing, which bonds the ink into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it as a thick vinyl layer. Print placement can vary by up to about an inch — that's normal for this method, not a defect.

How should I wash them?

This is most of what determines how long the print lasts:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing.
• Machine wash cold, on a gentle cycle, with like colours.
• Tumble dry low, or hang to dry — heat is what cracks prints.
• Do not iron directly on the design. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

Wash it inside out and cold and the print will outlast the shirt.

Will the colours look exactly like the photos?

Close, but screens vary and no two displays render colour identically. Slight variation between what you see and what arrives is expected.

Payment and privacy

What payment methods do you take?

The payment options available to you are shown at checkout before you pay. All charges are processed in Canadian dollars.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your full card details.

What do you do with my data?

Only what's needed to fulfil your order and, if you opt in, send you occasional emails. The specifics are in our privacy policy.
