Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada only. All prices and shipping charges are shown and billed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

How long it takes

Every order has two stages, and the total time is the sum of both:

  • Production: 2–7 business days. Your item is printed and finished after you order. This is not a delay — it is how made-to-order works.
  • Transit: 3–8 business days within Canada after the item leaves our production facility.

Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days of being placed. Remote and northern communities can take longer. Business days exclude weekends and Canadian statutory holidays.

Orders containing more than one item may ship in separate parcels, arriving on different days, if the items are produced at different facilities. You are never charged extra for a split shipment.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the contents of your order. The exact amount is shown before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the production facility. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin updating after you receive that email — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation after 10 business days, email us at inquiry@jackpati.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can only change an address before production begins — usually within 24 hours of your order. After that the address is locked in with our production partner.

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you cover the second shipping charge, or refunded less the original shipping cost.

Duties, taxes and customs

For orders delivered within Canada, applicable GST/HST/PST is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no customs charges on domestic orders.

Delays outside our control

Carrier backlogs, severe weather, postal disruptions and customs inspections can delay delivery beyond the estimates above. We will always help you trace a delayed parcel, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates and the estimates on this page are not a contractual commitment.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you do not have it, see our Refund & Return Policy — we will replace or refund the order. Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
